Tuesday morning, first bowel movement since breaking the fast. From there, oddly, a week about rebuilding — a daily rhythm and a company portal, both faster than expected.

Marty noticed something about his fiction this week. Every story he writes is about someone mid-transformation. It took him a while to notice he might be, too.
